Die Schering Stiftung und das Haus am Lützowplatz laden zu einem gemeinsamen Blick auf künstlerische Positionen ein, die sich in unterschiedlichen Disziplinen mit Klimawandel, Landschaften und möglichen Zukunftsszenarien auseinandersetzen.

 

Die Schering Stiftung präsentiert die gemeinsam mit dem dänischen Kollektiv Diakron und Emil Rønn Andersen entstandene filmische Arbeit 7 Summers. Zwischen Dokumentation und Inszenierung entwirft der Film sieben mögliche Sommerszenarien und eröffnet einen vielschichtigen Blick auf die Beziehung zwischen Mensch und Natur. Ergänzend zeigt Diakron skulpturale Arbeiten aus getrockneten Sorghumhirsen und Material aus dem Firmenarchiv der Schering AG.

 

Das Haus am Lützowplatz zeigt die Gruppenausstellung On Landscape: Zwischen Eskapismus und Entzauberung, die das Genre der Landschaft vor dem Hintergrund von Klimakrise, menschlicher Überformung und Digitalisierung neu verhandelt. Internationale Künstler*innen widmen sich in verschiedenen Medien von Malerei über Fotografie und Video zu Skulptur dem vielschichtigen Themenkomplex Landschaft.

 

Bei einer gemeinsamen kuratorischen Tour führen Dr. Christina Landbrecht (Schering Stiftung) und Dr. Marc Wellmann und Asja Wolf (Haus am Lützowplatz) durch beide Ausstellungen. Dabei treten unterschiedliche künstlerische Perspektiven auf Landschaft, Natur und Zukunft miteinander in Dialog.

 

 

 

The Schering Foundation and Haus am Lützowplatz invite visitors to take a joint look at artistic positions that explore climate change, landscapes, and possible future scenarios across a range of disciplines.

 

The Schering Foundation presents 7 Summers, a film created in collaboration with the Danish collective Diakron and Emil Rønn Andersen. Moving between documentation and staging, the film imagines seven possible summer scenarios and offers a multifaceted perspective on the relationship between humans and nature. In addition, Diakron presents sculptural works made from dried sorghum plants as well as material from the corporate archive of Schering AG.

 

Haus am Lützowplatz presents the group exhibition On Landscape: Between Escapism and Disenchantment, which reconsiders the genre of landscape against the backdrop of the climate crisis, human intervention, and digitalization. Working across a variety of media—from painting and photography to video and sculpture—international artists engage with the complex and multifaceted subject of landscape.

 

In a joint curatorial tour, Dr. Christina Landbrecht (Schering Foundation), Dr. Marc Wellmann, and Asja Wolf (Haus am Lützowplatz) will guide visitors through both exhibitions. The tour brings different artistic perspectives on landscape, nature, and the future into dialogue with one another.

The tour begins at 5:00 p.m. with a guided visit to the Schering Foundation’s exhibition space. The group will then proceed together to Haus am Lützowplatz, where a second guided tour through the exhibition will conclude the program.

 
 
 

Die Tour beginnt um 17:00 Uhr mit einer Führung durch den Ausstellungsraum der Schering Stiftung. Anschließend geht es gemeinsam zum Haus am Lützowplatz, wo eine weitere Führung durch die dortige Ausstellung das Programm abrundet.
